Tornadoes that went through Minden, Shelby area, and into Harlan and Tennant have left many with suddenly changed lives. Father, give Your Church grace and strength to reach to those whose lives have been changed by these disasters. May they see You love for them in the midst of hardship, through the service and care of Your body. In Jesus' name. Amen
As a part of the North American Lutheran Church our national Disaster Relief has already begun to move into place. At Trinity we have already received from our Iowa warehouse: quilts and Bibles to be brought to families (1 per person in each family on quilts) that have been affected. Also we have flood buckets (with cleaning supplies and helpful for debris removal), health kits and kitchen kits to help families who have nothing. Any one in need can contact us or come to the church to get supplies.
A truck is coming again this way on Tuesday with even more supplies. We will have them stored in our parking lot so people can come and get assistance continually. We are working to get in contact with area EMA groups to determine where supplies are needed and numbers who have been affected.
We are in this for a long hall so we will most likely have people coming from all over who would need housing or supoort from the church as they come to help rebuild and clean up these neighbors who have been affected.
Please share this information, especially with family members and friends who may have been impacted by these events, gather information and let us know who needs assistance.

Here are the twelve who joined the Church at our Lord's table. They were a blessing to teach and our prayer is that they will always hunger for this meal, and all of its benefits. May God continue to feed you as you go.

Toby Mac Tour and crew did not disappoint. I can’t say enough good things about our crew though! 28 in our group total for the night! 23 respectful, kind, and caring young people. Having a front row seat to watching their hearts grow for Jesus was arguably the best seat in the house! ❤️ Thanks for sharing them parents and thanks to all who support our group to help make these experiences possible for us! ... I was blown away by how amazing each of the artists were last night! Truly a great experience I will remember for a long time.
I had a wonderful time with my daughter at this concert. At the beginning I became emotional hearing the songs I listento on the radio. Not sure exactly why I became teary eyed. Except for the flashbacks of the memories and moments I felt as a youth that brought me closer to the Lord, building up my faith, and sharing the word through various mission trips. So perhaps my tears were joyful ones. The music was so powerful and I loved seeing the lyrics on the big screens. I will cherish this moment.
Looks like a great time!❤️
I had never seen a Toby Mac concert and this was a great music venue. I watched the kids dance and sing to words of scripture and messages of how hope transforms lives. I implore us all to think about how we are spreading that hope in our schools and work places and taking the time to study as I know all these artists do. This was an incredible gift...and Toby gave us the day off!
